You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk999 support immediately. pk999 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to protect your login credentials.

Account verification is required to access full withdrawal functionality on pk999. Verification involves providing basic identity documentation. This is a one-time process and must be completed before your first withdrawal request. pk999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing identity and security checks.

All deposits and withdrawals on pk999 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). pk999 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit card and mobile wallets. Deposits made via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast reflect in your account balance immediately upon confirmation of the transaction. Bank transfer and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on the sending institution. pk999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.

In the event of any conflict between the general terms on this page and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Key points that apply to all pk999 bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Depositing while an active bonus is in progress will not trigger a new bonus automatically.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are listed in the specific promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses and any associated free spins have an expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonuses or free spins that expire will be removed from your account without notice.

For sports betting, results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body – for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL and domestic cricket fixtures, or FIFA for international football. In the event of any ambiguity, pk999's settlement decision is final.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports and events on pk999:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed on the platform. A bet that has not received a confirmation reference number is not a valid bet.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless a cash-out option is available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.
• In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable rule for that sport. For cricket, matches abandoned due to weather are typically settled as void unless sufficient overs were bowled under the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method rules.
• pk999 reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual players, specific markets or specific events at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault or obvious pricing error, pk999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Bets placed on clearly incorrect odds due to a pricing error will be voided. pk999 is not obligated to honour bets placed on manifestly incorrect prices.

For casino games and slots, all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game results are final once the round concludes. Disconnection during a game round does not void the round – the outcome is recorded server-side and the result stands.

For fish games, the outcome of each session is determined by the game server in real time. Fish game results are final and are not subject to reversal except in cases of a verified technical fault on the pk999 platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on pk999.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or on any bet.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play games on pk999.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in pk999's games or platform. Any winnings accumulated through known or suspected system errors must be reported and may be reversed.

• Threatening, harassing or abusing pk999 staff or other players through any channel.

Without limiting the foregoing, pk999 is specifically not liable for:

• Any losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, connectivity issues or interruptions to the platform that are outside pk999's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors.
• Any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate information displayed due to a technical error, provided that pk999 acts promptly to correct the error upon becoming aware of it.
• Any indirect or consequential losses arising from the suspension or closure of your account in accordance with these terms.

pk999 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. We take reasonable steps to maintain platform security and uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability at all times.

pk999 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Failure to provide identity or payment verification documentation when requested.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder.
• A request from a relevant authority or regulatory body.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for any other reason and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account can do so by contacting pk999 support. Voluntary closures are processed within one business day.
